Q: Are there discounts available?

A: Indeed, corporate and bespoke gifting orders are discounted on bulk orders, and our discounts increase with larger order quantities.

Q: Are various fragrances available for candles intended for bespoke gifting?

A: Certainly, we offer a variety of exclusive scents to choose from for bespoke orders. Should you have a particular fragrance in mind for a custom creation, we can accommodate this for an additional fee. Evaluating new scents through testing will be necessary.

Q: What's the process for placing my bespoke gift order?

A: Simply complete the contact us form or email us at info@createcalmhome.com and we’ll get straight back to you.  

Q: Which payment methods are accepted for bespoke gifts?

A: We accept payments through BACS, CHAPS and Faster Payment for bespoke gifting. We can also accept card payment, however the former is preferred. 

Q: How should I submit my logo for my custom branded candle label?

A: To ensure optimal results, we'll ask you to provide your logo (if custom branding is required) in the form of a high-resolution PDF. Most office or design software offers the option to save your file as a high-quality PDF. PDF format is known to yield the finest printing resolution in our experience.

Q: Is it possible to obtain a printed sample of my candle label design?

A: Certainly! If you're interested in a printed sample of your label, we have the option to co-ordinate with our printing partner to produce a few copies of your label design for a fee of £25. Depending on the label type you require, there might be a need for a foil printing plate. For example, if you'd like hot foil printing. Q: May I view samples of previously printed labels?

A: Absolutely! If you're interested in seeing some samples of our print companies past label projects, just let us know and we'll arrange to meet, or send some to you via mail. 

Q: What will be the cost of my candle project?

A: The price of your candle project is determined by several factors:

1. The quantity of candles required

2. Candle size

3. Material used for your branded labels

4. Choice between digital print, foil print, or a combination on your labels.

5. Any packaging required, for example gift boxes or gift bags.
